Peridot stones remind me of green apples, with their vibrant color and their ability to remind me of their sharp-sweet Granny-apple taste. It’s kind of a poetry of sorts that I fall into at the workbench, thinking of what these stones want to be, hand-cutting and shaping leaves and adding a harmless little garden snake. Overall, these are big fun, but not too heavy at 4.5 grams each. These handmade silver earrings are sawn, soldered, textured, formed, stone-set, and lightly oxidized with purpose-made ear wires to set them off. The silver is oxidized to bring out the details. One of a kind.
