Scolecite Drop Earrings in Sterling Silver

Scolecite is a fairly soft silicate mineral with a silky sheen. This pair sports a pretty salmon color, or peachy pink, with delicate banding which is hard to capture in a photograph. It’s just so pretty in real life! As delicate and feminine as the stone may be, the earrings are bold in design. I used twisted round wire for the hoops, to catch the light just right as you move. About 2 1/2 inches long from top of ear wire to the bottom of earring.
